so
the kulen people had a celebration, and by the end of it they brought us all to a cave for a religious ceremony to the sun god. turns out it was some sort of sacrifice to bug parasite monsters ad some of the kulen residents got torn apart by said parasites that had been

growing inside of them. and more came out and attacked us and it was chaos, monstesr and humans and giant bugs everyhere
apparently not everyone who was there remembers this either so theres people walking aroudn outt here with parasite bugs inside of them not knowing its there ! but I remember and i got a bug

Isn't there a clinic or something run by monsters that has a doctor? Or is it useless? There's no reason for me to head that way so I've never bothered.
Do you know where the bug is? That will make a load of difference.

the bug is in my stomach or intestines or somewhere around that area iii can feel it shifting sometimes and its AWFUL
and i really dont want to go to a human surgeon and ask them to cut it out because honestly thats like asking to be killed, and i dont want to die

ive been looking for a monster surgeon but i havent found any thats exactly.... trustworthy. i might have to lower my standards
