Haven't noticed one. Then again I haven't really looked. Not somewhere I need to go.

Stealing an animal especially a large one would be out of the question anyway. I'm a thief not an activist.

I didn't say I couldn't do it. It's impractical risky and not worth the effort. But I didn't say impossible.

If you want a tiger though I suggest trying to find one in a private collection. If there are any exotic animals around here that would be the place to find one.

Unless there really is a zoo somewhere that I missed.
