yes there is but it's near the lake and i cant go near the lake because of reasons

the bug is in my stomach or intestines or somewhere around that area iii can feel it shifting sometimes and its AWFUL

and i really dont want to go to a human surgeon and ask them to cut it out because honestly thats like asking to be killed, and i dont want to die
